Know Before You Go


We have put together the following resources to help you prepare for the online meeting environment. Additional information will be added to this page as it becomes available. 


Before the Conference 

  • Register for the conference so that you can access the virtual platform (all attendees including speakers, presenters, exhibitors, and press must be registered). If you need assistance with registration, please email us or call 1-800-933-2723 and press 1.
  • Be sure to familiarize yourself with the program ahead of time! This will help you plan out your experience with us.
  • A week prior to the conference, each registrant will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with important information about the meeting, including access details.
  • TIME CHANGE! Note that all conference live session times are U.S. central standard time (U.S. CST) and plan accordingly.


After the Conference

  • Meeting attendees will have full access to the recorded sessions after the conference has concluded. All sessions will remain available until 11:59 p.m. U.S. eastern daylight time (U.S. EDT) on May 2, 2021.
